At Spirit & Spine Chiropractic, we are committed to providing high-quality chiropractic care. Please review our no-refund policy before purchasing any services or packages.

1. No Refunds on Services Rendered
All chiropractic adjustments, consultations, exams, and other treatments provided are non-refundable, as services are performed at the time of your visit.

2. No Refunds on Prepaid Packages or Memberships

All prepaid packages, care plans, and memberships are final sale and non-refundable once purchased.

Packages and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared or reassigned to another individual.

3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of a session from a prepaid package.

4. Personal Injury & Insurance Cases

If you are receiving care under a personal injury claim, refunds are not issued if your case is denied or not settled as expected.

You remain responsible for any unpaid balances if insurance or legal settlements do not cover services.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases, exceptions may be considered for extreme circumstances at the discretion of Spirit & Spine Chiropractic. Any approved refund will be prorated and subject to an administrative fee.
