Refund Policy

At Spirit & Spine Chiropractic, we are committed to providing high-quality chiropractic care. Please review our no-refund policy before purchasing any services or packages.

1. No Refunds on Services Rendered

All chiropractic adjustments, consultations, exams, and other treatments provided are non-refundable, as services are performed at the time of your visit.

2. No Refunds on Prepaid Packages or Memberships
  • All prepaid packages, care plans, and memberships are final sale and non-refundable once purchased.

  • Packages and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared or reassigned to another individual.

3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
  • We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of a session from a prepaid package.

4. Personal Injury & Insurance Cases
  • If you are receiving care under a personal injury claim, refunds are not issued if your case is denied or not settled as expected.

  • You remain responsible for any unpaid balances if insurance or legal settlements do not cover services.

5. Exceptions
  • In rare cases, exceptions may be considered for extreme circumstances at the discretion of Spirit & Spine Chiropractic. Any approved refund will be prorated and subject to an administrative fee.
